EVIDENCE: STAFF LEADERSHIP AWARDS

EL Education is proud to announce that William Haithcock, Principal of Harborside Academy in Kenosha, WI, has received the Silverberg Leadership Award. Laina Cox, winner of last years' award, presents this award to Haithcock, describing him as "a leader who builds the leadership capacity of others and empowers them to lead improvement across the school." In accepting this award at the EL Education 2019 National Conference in Atlanta, Haithcock speaks about the highs and lows of his journey as an educator, and the value of the EL Education Core Practices, "the comprehensive roadmap to success."
